Welcome to LinuxShield.com. By accessing or using our website, contacting us, or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

We provide professional Linux server administration services, which may include server setup and configuration, security hardening, VPS migration, WordPress server optimization, ongoing server maintenance, and additional add-on services such as backup configuration, Docker setup, VPN setup, and performance tuning. The exact scope of work will be agreed upon before the project begins, either via email or written proposal.

To use our services, you must be at least eighteen years old, have the legal authority to enter into contracts, and provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before the start of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For recurring monthly plans, billing will continue automatically unless you cancel at least seven days before the next renewal date. We accept payments through secure online methods as communicated during the booking process.

As a client, you are responsible for providing the necessary server access and credentials in a secure manner, maintaining backups of your data unless backup services are included in your package, and ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We take security very seriously, implementing measures such as SSH key authentication, firewalls, encryption, and secure backups. Your server credentials and confidential data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except when required by law. While we follow industry-standard security practices, no system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot be held responsible for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Some of our work may involve third-party services, hosting providers, or cloud platforms such as Cloudflare, Wasabi, Backblaze, or Docker Hub. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or security issues caused by these third parties, and their own terms and conditions will apply to your use of their services.

Refunds for one-time services are not available once work has started. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but payments for the current billing period are non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own fault, a partial or full refund may be considered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, nor for downtime caused by third parties, force majeure events, or client actions. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the month in which the claim arose.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or if continuing service would pose a security risk.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country or Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
